Kink Academy has three beautiful rooms available to hire for photo and video shoots.

All rooms are available for independent content creators and photographers.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐜
Fully equipped dungeon

This room includes:
- St Andrews Cross
- Queen Size Bed
- Stockade
- Large Double Shower – Can Add Seat to shower also
- Tools and Toys on walls
- Colour Changing Lights (red, Green, Blue, White, etc)

- Bluetooth Speaker
- Chains on Bed
- Steel Trolley on wheels for Tools and Toys.
- Heating and air-conditioning

Sexual acts are permitted in The Clinic.

All equipment must be sanitised after use.

With a jet spa bath.

This room includes:
- Corner Jet Spa – Can Be a bubble Bath
- Large Shower with Seat
- Lounge
- Bluetooth Speaker
- Colour change lights
- Mirrors

Sexual acts are permitted in The Oasis.

All equipment must be sanitised after use.

Rococo-themed office.

This room includes:
- Executive Desk
- Two-Person Antique Lounge
- Two 1-person wingback antique chairs
- Mirror

- Floor-to-ceiling frosted windows.
- Speakers

The Boudoir is only to be used for photoshoots.

No sexual acts are to be conducted in this room.

Price list:
1 hour $100: access to one room
+ $50 access to all three rooms
2 hours $200: access to two rooms
+ $50 access to all three rooms
Day-hire $500: 5 hours, access to all three rooms.
