Making A Booking

Please provide the following information when enquiring~

- Your Name

- What type of service you are after
- Appointment length

- Preferred appointment date/time

All enquiries should be sent via text. 

Clear concise, and respectful correspondence will be responded to. If you are after a custom service, be as detailed as possible when describing your ideal session. We will be able to customise you a session based on a practitioners offerings, and not something that is NOT listed in the offerings. 


This is a luxury service and should be treated as such.

All agreed upon limits and boundaries must be respected. Crossing of these boundaries will be met with a warning and/or a swift end to your session. You are in a space where others are and a space where there is CCTV camera for safety. Do not cross boundaries otherwise you will be banned from the space. Consent is incredibly important in every facet of kink academy offerings. 


To avoid disappointment, please review some common unrealistic expectations:

  • Immediate Availability ~ We work via an appointment only. 

  • Wardrobe Requests ~ Short notice requests for outfits is not possible and can not be always met. If you are wanting a costume that is difficult to find, you must locate this yourself. All Kink Academy practitioners will be seeing you in whatever outfit they have for the day. Kink does not always involve Latex, Masks, or grandiose outfits - the most effective Kink experiences come from a mental any physical stimulation rather than from a place of costuming. 

  • Maximum Effort/Experience for Minimum Time/Pay ~ Be realistic about what you are requesting within the time constraints you book for. If you are after multiple services, you will need to make sure that they are in a long session and you will need to pay accordingly. We cannot cram several services into a shorter session. 

Health & Safety

pre-Appointment Protocols

Please ensure that you are in good health, have eaten and are well hydrated before your appointment.
If you have any health conditions or injuries please disclose them  to your practitioner to ensure that we avoid any health hazards. Prior to your appointment we will discuss the scene, boundaries, limits and any queries you may have.

Limits: ONLY the services listed under the practitioners offerings are what we offer. We do not accommodate anything else outside of these offerings .

If you are after a particular type of service - we can possibly refer you to somewhere else. There is no need to ask for whether we offer something outside of what we offer as it will be a straightforward refusal. 

ALL practitioners are Healthy, NON substance users (do not ask or offer or even have on you). 

All sessions require you to put your personal belongings into a box to keep away from sight for safe keeping. You CANNOT have your phone, glasses or watches out at any time during a session. 

WE have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, threats or aggression.

Booking / Cancellation policy

A 50% Deposit is required to secure your booking for sessions longer than 1 hr. 
If for any reason you need to cancel, 24 hours notice is needed or your deposit will be forfeited.






What are your fees?

Prices for specific events are available on our workshop page and pricing for private room hire is available here. Private Session Prices also vary and can range between $250 - $1000 depending on what you want to experience and the time frame. Text specific details to the number and we will allocate a suitable practitioner to you.


We are an appointment-only academy. Private sessions are with notice and can be booked for 1 hr time frames on same day. For longer sessions, a deposit is required. For some specific services, you may need 24 hours notice. For events, Ticket sales will close 24 hours before the workshop. Please text for information. 

Workshop Etiquette

To ensure the comfort of all guests, please keep your voices to a minimum. No phones or devices are allowed in private sessions or in the workshops. 

No smoking.

No vaping. 


Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the workshop to register and get settled. Late arrivals will cut into the workshop and you could miss out on some vital information. After 20 minutes of the scheduled start time - we will lock the doors. You will NOT be allowed in and forfeit the workshop fees. This is policy and no exceptions.


Health Conditions

Please inform us of any medical or health conditions, allergies, injury or pregnancy when making your reservation. We reserve the right to deny access to a workshop if a medical contraindication exists. 

Minimum Age

All participants must be at least 21 years old. Anyone who looks under 21 years old will be asked for ID. 


We accept payment in cash and Eftpos or credit card. We do not take American Express or Amex. 

Is there parking?

We have a 5-spot undercover car park. If the spots are all full there is on-street parking available. 


Is it discrete?

There is no signage on the building and it is located in an industrial area, so there are very few people in the street.  

Drug-free space 

If you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, you will be asked to leave. 

Cancellations & No Shows

If you need to cancel a scheduled room hire or cannot attend an event, please let us know as soon as possible. 

If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, you will be refunded your deposit. 

If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice you will not receive a refund.
