Kink Academy has three beautiful rooms available for hire, whether you are a professional looking for a private and discrete space to conduct sessions, a couple looking for somewhere to explore and play, or a content creator or photographer looking for a space for photoshoots.

Fully equipped dungeon

This room includes:
- St Andrews Cross
- Queen Size Bed
- Stockade
- Large Double Shower
- Some tools and Toys on walls
- Colour Changing Lights (red, Green,

Blue, White, etc)
- Bluetooth Speaker
- Chains on Bed
- Heating and air-conditioning

You will need to bring:
- All toys to use for insertion (do not use any of our toys for insertion)
- Tissues/Wipes, Condoms, Lube.

All equipment must be sanitised and cleaned after use.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐬
With a jet spa bath.

This room includes:
- Corner Jet Spa – Can Be a bubble Bath
- Large Shower with Seat
- Lounge
- Bluetooth Speaker
- Colour change lights
- Mirrors
- Can Add a Massage Table to the Room if

wanted.

You will need to bring:
- Bubble bath if desired
- Tissues/Wipes, Condoms, Lube.

All the spa bath must be sanitised after use.
